Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website and the AURANEYA waitlist are operated by the AURANEYA team (“AURANEYA”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to us at hello@auraneya.space.

What we collect

• Waitlist signup: your email address, your consent to receive emails (including the wording and version you agreed to and the time), the page language and the form you used.
• Optional survey: your answers, and — only if you choose to provide them — your country, age range, and the name you would like us to use.
• Campaign information: the advertising campaign parameters (UTM tags) and the website that referred you, if present, so we can understand which channels work.
• Technical data: your approximate country derived from your IP address, and a short-lived, irreversibly hashed form of your IP address used only to prevent abuse.
• Analytics cookies: only if you allow them in the cookie banner (see “Cookies” below).

We do not ask for your personal reflection question on this website. Please do not enter one in the form or survey.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To send you product and launch emails and your beta invitation — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To reserve and later credit your signup bonuses — based on your consent and the steps needed to provide what you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To improve the product using survey answers — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To keep the form secure and prevent spam or bonus abuse — based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To measure how the page is used — only with your consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who processes data for us

We use service providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• An email delivery provider — to send waitlist and launch emails. We will name it here before the first email is sent.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist and survey data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the public launch.
• Consent records: for as long as we rely on that consent, plus the period needed to demonstrate it.
• Hashed IP addresses for abuse prevention: up to 24 hours.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Cookies

Strictly necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to tell people from bots. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights, write to hello@auraneya.space. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Age

AURANEYA is intended for adults. Please do not join the waitlist if you are under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the changes are significant, we will let waitlist members know by email.
